How it works

Track. Notice. Take one small action.

Week 1 · days 1–7

Observe

Deliberately boring. Sleep, energy, movement, water, and whether protein and a fibre-rich food showed up — plus one line on something you noticed. You are collecting information, not becoming a different person in seven days.

Protein and fibre are observational. There is no number to hit and nothing is scored against one.

Week 2 · days 8–14

Take action

One decision a day. Build a meal around protein. Take a walk. Add fibre. Two 30-minute follow-along home workouts with no equipment, which you can shorten or simplify — adapting is not failing.

Small enough to do. Useful enough to matter. Repeatable enough to keep.

One rule

Do not turn this into another extreme challenge. The point is to prove that a small, repeatable action is easier to build than a perfect plan you cannot maintain.

Days 8–14

One decision a day. Not ten.

  1. 8Build one meal around proteinChoose a clear protein source first: eggs, Greek yogurt, fish, meat, tofu, beans or lentils. One meal, not all of them.
  2. 9Move on purposeTake a 20–30 minute walk. It does not need to be intense to count.
  3. 10Add fibre to your mealsTry to include a fibre-rich food at each main meal. Build gradually — fruit, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
  4. 11Workout AComplete the first follow-along workout. Shorten it or simplify an exercise if you need to. Adapting is not failing.
  5. 12Build a balanced mealThink: protein, a fibre-rich food, and a carbohydrate or fat source you actually enjoy. Both carbs and fats fit.
  6. 13Workout BComplete the second follow-along workout. Focus on control, not speed or calories burned.
  7. 14ReflectLook back at the two weeks. What became easier when you stopped trying to change everything at once?

Missing a day is information. You are practising decision-making, not chasing a perfect score — start again at the next decision.

Two weeks, one lesson

You do not need a perfect program to start.

You need enough structure to take the next useful step, and enough consistency to repeat it. Finish the fourteen days knowing yourself a little better and trusting small actions more.
